Hi Roberta,

This is very timely as I have identified this as a personal growth area. A lot us love doing the work and know that we add value via the results we deliver, but that presupposes that we know how to communicate and sell the benefits and create that expectation of value to the client up front! Sales is an art in itself and I can’t imagine anyone in business who would not benefit from this kind of training. Thanks for the summary.
